Poulton and Jackman win landmark appeal!

Ronald Poulton successfully argued for the appellant in the Federal Court of Appeal in the recent case of Oberlander v. MCI. In a 2 to 1 decision the court allowed the appeal, recognizing for the first time that the common law defense of duress was available in a citizenship revocation process.
